“Interviewing for Interviewers”
Appendix D of the Rules and Constitution of Boards of Management has been revised and updated. This will impact on those Principals, Teachers and Chairpersons who Interview for school appointments. This workshop will provide an opportunity to discuss interviewing techniques and types of in depth questioning and probing to assist the Interviewer. Date: Tuesday May 22nd ‘12
Time: 7.30 to 9.30 p.m.

“Interview Skills for Interviewees” – Primary Teacher This 2 hour presentation will outline skills and practical advice for any Primary Teacher preparing for interview.
Pertinent subjects such as:
What should be included in a curriculum vitae? How best to organise a curriculum vitae? How to interpret the standard application form and numerous other areas will be addressed. Time will be allocated for questions and answers.

Film Festival Thank you for participating in the2012 Film Festival organized by Co Wexford Education Centre.
In preparation for the screenings, Brian Mc Mahon, our co-ordinator, has requested that all Films are with Co Wexford Education by Wednesday, 13th June. For those schools with laptops on loan from the Education Centre, when they are returned you may leave your Film on the laptop and Brian will burn it. Post Primary Teachers are requested to leave their films in the Centre at their convenience but before 13th June. Screenings of films from Post Primary Schools may take place in September with June as an option.
