The focus of these sessions will be Google Workspace focused with an emphasis on tips and tricks to save time in the classroom, new extensions and apps for Google Workspace and any updates to Google-based products to help teachers/schools using Google Workspace.

Each session will have a Q&A and participants will have the opportunity to share “what works” in their organisation with others.

Topics covered will include: eSafety and photography in the classroom, use of presentations and creating books online, using ePortfolios and creating simple videos, assessment and feedback with ICT and using ICT with pupils with SEN and SESE and ICT.

Participants will be invited to share what they create and are working on in their classes and ask questions of a group of peers.

Our next  meeting is on the 24th of February @5pm when we will look at Creating Books Online 

In this webinar participants will:
 
- Explore how to use applications such as Book Creator and Story Jumper.
- These are online tools which allow simple books to be created online. 
- Interactive ebooks with text, images, videos, audio recordings can be created and sent to children. 
-These platforms work across a range of devices and web-browsers and are free for teachers to use for up to 80 books.

On Tuesday 2nd of February our Topic was Photography in the Classroom . 

In this webinar, participants will: 
- Explore different ways to use photography and photos across the curriculum. 
- Discover some resources and sites where photos can be used for classroom purposes.
- Examine ways in which photos can be edited and changed to make posters, etc. 
- Brainstorm ways photo sharing can occur in distance learning in a safe manner. 

Our first Community of Practice for ICT took place on 13th of January .Our Topic on the night was  eSafety and Introduction to Digital Learning Plan and Framework.
