How to create and sustain a well-culture in your school

Wellbeing is defined as being happy, healthy and comfortable.  This program is designed to help you create a school environment that promotes wellbeing and enhances focus and productivity, covering:

  • The 3 core elements incorporated into every successful Wellbeing initiative: Leadership, culture and personal responsibility
  • Strategies to inspire effective participation and engagement across the whole school
  • Effective planning, goal setting and implementation
  • The role of awareness and support programs in facilitating personal empowerment and responsibility

Learner Outcomes:

  • Deep insight into the relationship between wellbeing, productivity and growth 
  • Actionable strategies to implement your wellbeing program
  • Simple techniques to improve wellbeing
  • Foster personal and collective empowerment and responsibility

Facilitator: Calodagh McCumiskey

The session will be delivered by Calodagh McCumiskey.  She is an accredited thought leader in wellbeing, life coach and meditation teacher.  Through Spiritual Earth, she delivers a range of wellbeing programmes that help people achieve focus, balance, happiness and success.
