School Leadership

School Leadership - August 15th to 19th inclusive

This course aims to:

• Introduce participants to a variety of leadership perspectives
• Introduce key readings, thinkers and authors to participants
• Connect leadership philosophies with important policy initiatives such as SSE
• Provide opportunities for reflection, collaboration and professional growth
• Provide and discuss increased theoretical knowledge
• Encourage familiarity with key literature
• Discuss and encourage the development of key leadership skills
• Help teachers to develop a greater understanding of the ethical and value-informed concepts of leadership
• Increased understanding of the close connection between learning and leadership

All our summer courses are booked on the condition that the course fee is non-refundable. Course Fees are not transferrable to another teacher. Unfortunately, if you wish to cancel your place on one of our courses or you are unable to attend the course, we are not in a position to refund fees. The course fee can only be refunded if the Education Centre cancels the course.
