Reflective Practice: Reflective practice can be narrowly understood as a way to increase efficiency and achieve specific targets. Every teacher has been urged to think about their work and to devise ways and means of improving their practice.
This online session hopes to develop an understanding of the teacher as an autonomous professional who is engaged in exploration of the self, society and the moral purpose of education. This is a richer vision of teachers as reflective practitioners (Leith, 2019).
