Teachers as Leaders in their Classroom and Beyond

Teachers as Leaders will allow teachers to discover the leadership skills, experiences and competencies that they possess that transfer well to leadership positions in schools. We will examine the practical ways that teachers show leadership in schools everyday.

1.Explore the idea of teachers as natural leaders in schools

2.Examine the practical leadership skills, experiences and competencies of teachers

3.Examine how these leadership skills, experiences and competencies are transferable to leadership roles in school settings
