Join best selling children’s author Caroline Busher for a very special storytelling event. Caroline will explore the folklore, customs and traditions of our ancestors and the way that they lived their lives through a series of 5 30-minute workshops
Learning Outcomes
Students will be learning about Irish History through stories. They will also learn how to write creatively and they will explore the traditions and folklore of the people who lived in Ireland in the past.

Caroline Busher is the Irish Times best-selling author of The Ghosts of Magnificent Children and The Girl Who Ate The Stars, The Legend of Valentine Sorrow, and The Spectacular Library of Magical Things. (Poolbeg Press) The Legend of Valentine Sorrow was shortlisted for the Teen book of the year at the Irish Book Awards 2021. Caroline graduated with a First Class Honours MA in Creative Writing. She is the recipient of many awards and was the Reader in Residence with Wexford Public Library Services. Caroline is a Heritage Expert with the Heritage Council of Ireland, on the Poetry Ireland Writers in School Scheme she was the Festival Manager of Towers and Tales book festival in Lismore Castle and the Chair of Wexford Literary Festival. Caroline is a book reviewer on TV3 and she is represented by Trace Literary Agency (USA).
