The "Introduction to the Thinking Environment Approach" webinar is designed to provide participants with an overview of the principles and techniques involved in creating a thinking environment conducive to productive and collaborative thinking. This leadership session aims to equip school leaders, teachers and parents with practical tools that can be applied in various personal and professional settings. The course content will include:
1. Understanding what the "Thinking Environment is?"
2. Overview of the 10 components of a thinking environment.
3. Techniques for creating a Thinking Environment

An Executive and Emotional Intelligence coach and accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience working mainly in the the financial service industry. Natasha specialised in building and scaling diverse, multigenerational teams in Wexford, Ireland and EMEA. Co- Site leader for Bank of New York Mellon in Wexford for 5 years with a focus on diversity & inclusion, culture, transformation, engagement, community partnership and building high performing teams. Now an accredited Emotional intelligence coach with Roche Martin and Executive coach with a higher diploma from the Irish Management institute and currently recently completed a Masters of Business in Executive Leadership with SETU. Passionate about supporting people to realise their full potential and giving back to the community through projects including President of Rotary Club of Wexford.
