Dyslexia 1- Identification and Understanding Difficulties associated with the Diagnosis (P/PP) Workshop 1
A practical workshop examining the signs and symptoms of dyslexia and how teachers might recognise it in the classroom. We will look at the specific difficulties associated with the diagnosis and will use basic assessments and checklists suitable for classroom and school use to help teachers plan to assess the children. At the end of this workshop the participants will understand better what dyslexia feels like from the perspective of the person with dyslexia and in what areas of education and daily living the difficulties appear.
