Building Literacy in Aistear

This course is suitable to all Early Years Practicioners, SNAs and Primary School Teachers.

In this session the importance of infusing playfulness into a play environment will be explored in relation to the three strands of the Primary Language Curriculum. This webinar will include a resource pack.

Learning Outcomes

• Participants will develop their understanding of Aistear as a central medium for language development.
• Participants will be introduced to a variety of resources and strategies that encourage language development.
• Participants will engage with the research that underpins a play based curriculum.
