Local Support Groups have proven to be the most effective form of support available to school leaders. Local Support Group meetings are the only meetings that will actually relieve your workload. You will have nothing to prepare before the meeting, it is aimed that this Support Network will be a safe space to support Deputy Principals.
This group is open to newly appointed or established Deputy Principals in County Wexford. The aim of the group is to network, share ideas and experiences in a space that is supportive and collaborative. The topics of each meeting are group-lead with opportunities to set topics prior to meetings and share feedback at meetings. There may also be opportunities to invite guest speakers.
