This webinar will take teachers, SNAs on a journey into the world of puppets, Rhyme, Rhythm and Repetition and Storytelling as a conduit for essential skill development in the Early Years. This webinar was delivered at the ISLA 2025 conference. The approach to skill development was widely commended for its practical application and sound judgment.

1. Puppets: Participants will learn how to use puppets to engage children in interactive and imaginative play, enhancing their speech and language development.
2. Storytelling: Attendees will understand the power of storytelling in fostering children's listening, comprehension, and expressive language skills.
3. Rhyme: Learners will explore the use of rhymes to improve phonemic awareness, vocabulary, and memory retention in children.
