Leading Effective Teams, Team Dynamics & Organising Teams night

This online workshop will be interactive in nature and will provide attendees with the opportunity to explore some scenarios relating to teams in the online zoom breakout rooms. Attendance is limited to 50 to maintain the workshop style.

Topics explored over the 2-week series include;

• Effective Teams

• Identifying potential triggers in teams

• Team Dynamics

• Team Decision Making & Conflict Situations

• Effective Minute Taking

Dates/Times: Thursday 23rd February and Thursday 2nd March 2023 from 5 pm to 6 pm - each evening. (2 hrs in total)

Facilitators: Ms. Norma Lenihan & Mr. Kieran Sweeney.

Norma is Deputy Principal of Laurel Hill Colaiste FCJ. She completed Toraiocht, a Post Graduate Diploma in School Leadership (NUI, Maynooth) in 2013 and a Masters in Education Management from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2019. She completed a Diploma in Life and Leadership Coaching in 2020, developing her expertise in the areas of leadership and management further.

Kieran Sweeney is an accredited Post Primary based coach with experience as an APl, Deputy Principal, Principal and previous Director of the Limerick Education Centre. He is a trained and approved competency-based interview chairperson with the JMB.
