Dignity and respect at work

Audience:  Primary and Post-Primary School Staff

Summary: 

This Dignity & Respect at Work training course is designed for supervisors, managers and staff to help them identify behaviour that may be construed as bullying and/or harassment. 

Learning Outcomes:

Having attended this course participants will:

• Be aware of how to promote Dignity in the Workplace within their school and working environment.
• Be aware of how to identify areas of difficulty and be better equipped to deal with challenges appropriately should they arise. 
• Be conscious of ways to create and maintain a safe, positive and productive work environment.
